Join us for a Sound Bath with Meg Lyding, held at the beautiful Zimmermann Farm in Milford, PA on Sunday, August 11th.

5:00 - 6:00pm - A Sound Bath will be offered utilizing a variety of acoustic and percussive instruments including crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, flute, chimes, drums, and more, to create a meditative sound experience inspired by the rhythms and resonance of nature.

NOTE: Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket if you’d like to lie down for the sound bath. Seating also available. An eye pillow/covering is recommended to help you turn inward.
