Group Sound Meditations & Workshops
Sound Meditations are available for group or private events at your indoor or outdoor space. Enter a sanctuary of sound created utilizing a variety of acoustic instruments. Typically 60 minutes in duration, in-person sound journeys can also be offered as longer workshops. Contact me to request an experience at your studio, retreat, or special event. Collaborative ideas welcome.

Tai Chi Gung Classes
A series of gentle meditative movement and breathing exercises done standing, Tai Chi Gung is a regenerative practice for health and longevity that connects us with the energy flowing throughout nature.
Group or Private Group Class Offerings:
On-Going Weekly Classes held at your location/studio space
4-6 Week Class Series held at your location/studio space
One Time Class offered for retreats, private parties, or special events
Small Private Group Classes (3-5 Participants) can be arranged at your location or my home studio space in East Stroudsburg, PA
