THE ART OF SOUND
a restorative sound experience
Workshop Description:
typically 75 minutes in duration
An invitation into harmony and stillness. A space for nurturing self-care and meditative listening. Join Meg for an immersive experience of intentional sound and deep rest as she guides you through calming relaxation techniques followed by a restorative sound journey. Take a moment to unwind and tune-in supported by the balancing frequencies and harmonics of healing sound. Experience the art of rest.
What to bring:
Bring a yoga mat, small blanket, and eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes and facilitate deeper relaxation and turning inward.
SELF-CARE & SOUND HEALING JOURNEY
incorporating sound into your practice
Workshop Description:
typically 90 minutes in duration
Learn how to support your self-care practice with the therapeutic use of sound and music.
Join Meg as she guides you through a series of self-care practices including simple vocal sounding, mindful breathing, gentle movement, and relaxation techniques all supported and deepened through intentional use of sound and music. Active self-care practices will be followed by the deeply restorative practice of mindful rest supported by an immersive frequency bath sound meditation.
What to bring:
Bring a yoga mat, small blanket, and eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes and facilitate deeper relaxation and turning inward.
SUNDAY HUSH HOUR (SHH)
soothing sound, deep rest, quiet listening, minimal talking
Workshop Description:
60 minutes in duration, great as a weekly or monthly offering
Less talking, more resting. A quiet time for body and mind. An invitation to stillness and inner quietude. Permission to rest deeply. Join Meg to listen to soothing sound performed live while lying in a cozy cushion-supported savasana. Voices will be kept low and talking at a minimum. For those new to the group, simple-to-follow written suggestions will be offered as additional guidance to support your best relaxation experience. Minimal talking, maximum relaxation.
